Theopompus was a less well known pro-aristocratic Hellenistic historian & rhetorician whose works we have only in fragments. He died in Egypt after being expelld from Athens at the death of Alexander. his best known works of the Hellenica (a history of Greece) and his study of Philip II called the Philipica. Very good.
