A detailed study of this prince of Poland who became the Foreign Minister of Russia under Tsar Alexander I. He was instrumental is creating Congress Poland, a Polish state inside the Russian Empire, semi-autonomous in name only. He died in exile, in Paris, in 1861. Very good / very good. Item #19914
