Endpapers a little tanned, but other pages clear. 96 p. w/ illustrations, rules, history of horseshoe pitching, tips, constitution of the organization, history of part world tournaments, a discussion of a nationa league, and brief histories from various state associations. The exception is Iowa, which has a much longer and more detailed entry than the rest. This is an expanded and up to date survey and history of the game, the first being published in 1929.
