Signed by the author to Marcello Truzzi, noted sociologist, amateaur magician, and researcher of alternative science. Truzzi is also acknowledged in the introduction as helping with this work. Slight scuffing to covers back top corner creased. 120+ pages printed on one side only, with many illustrations of Dunninger promotional material. An uncommon self published work, rising from a lecture on Dunninger's success and the role that promotion and promotional material played that Buckner did for the Psychic Entertainers Association (Buckner notes that he has excluded promotional material regarding Dunninger's medium exposes and the Himber controversy). Buckner became interested in Dunniger though his friendship with David Lustig, and a number of entries in the book discuss Lustig as well and touched on his relationship with Dunninger.
