Very light tanning to text plates but otherwise no foxing. viii [1], 164 p. w/ 9 hand colored plates in brights colors, an 2 additional plates uncolored of creatures in shells and the creatures without them. A lovely and well done introduction to the study of shelves by Brookes, more for the layman than the scientist. Very good. Item #18455
